Robin Mix: Yellow/Turquoise Katoe

Mix founded Tubridge Glassworks in Vermont in 1976 and since then has continued to explore and enhance his glassworking techniques. Robin considers himself as a glass designer more than as a glass artist.

Much of his work deals with the fabrication and utilization of murrini, little bricks of patterned glass, to which he adds an impressive design sensibility in creating exquisite vases with a mosaic effect.
